![]() 4th person (our actual server) was hardly around. Too lazy to walk around and do a good job. Three different people handed out drinks and hot food plates on one end and told us to hand them down. Sat in a long booth that was open on both ends (7 of us but I called ahead by 20 mins and said we were coming and was told they were not busy). Took over 15 mins to get drinks, 4 different people brought various portions of our drinks. We sat by servers station and seemed to be plenty. LOBSTER - N Little Rock! Had to ask for service but wasn’t short staffed. It will never get another cent of my money, and we will definitely inform all our family, coworkers, friends and acquaintances of this deplorable, low-class incident. This Red Lobster location has long been frequented by us and our circle of friends for special occasions and friendly get-togethers alike, sometimes separately as families and sometimes together in large groups. But, the point is that the situation should've never happened in the first place. We didn't want to be disagreeable or cause a scene, so we just left. ![]() ![]() In summary, we drove 160 miles round trip and wasted $20 in gas and half of our only day off for a radically overpriced meal that we didn't even get to finish. So, we were forced to cut our special meal short and leave. She neither apologized nor offered to speak to her superior to make it right for us. My husband very kindly stated, "But we haven't left the table, haven't announced or even implied that we were finished, and isn't it supposed to be all-you-can-eat anyway?" She insisted it was Red Lobster policy, and there was nothing she could do. To add insult to injury, when our waitress returned she said she couldn't turn in any more shrimp orders, because it had closed our ticket when we paid it. It was rather upsetting to discover they'd increased the price from $17.99 to $22.99 on Friday and Saturday for THE EXACT SAME MENU ITEM. I went ahead and paid it (including a generous tip), to get it out of the way. We were on the third round of shrimp, when our ticket popped up on the digital kiosk at our table. The food was quite decent - that is, what we had of it. We drove 80 miles to the North Little Rock Red Lobster location, for the Ultimate Endless Shrimp promotional. husband and I decided to have a special meal today (Saturday), the only day either of us has off. ![]() However, this was such an extraordinary incident that it full well merited it. AAMOF, I've only ever left one negative online review out of easily over a hundred positive ones. I'm the type who normally simply won't say anything instead of saying something bad.
